This website is dedicated to the men, who attended the 38th Officer Candidate Course, were commissioned as 2nd Lieutenants on December 16, 1965 and went on to either Flight Training in Pensacola, FL or The Basic School in Quantico, VA with completion May 27, 1966. This is their website.
